All bookings are subject to availability and must comply with our rental policies.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

A booking request can be made through our website, phone, or email.Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is received.

3.2 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion. If the event is canceled within 2 days of the hire date, the full payment may still be due.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By hiring an inflatable pub, you agree to:

Provide a suitable space for setup, ensuring the area is flat, clear, and accessible.

Ensure adequate power supply for inflatables and accessories.

Supervise guests and prevent misuse of the inflatable pub.

Avoid smoking, fires, or sharp objects inside or near the inflatable pub.

Be responsible for any damage or loss caused during the hire period.

Failure to comply may result in additional charges or early termination of hire.

5. Delivery, Setup & Collection

We will deliver and set up the inflatable pub at the agreed location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access and confirm setup requirements beforehand.

Collection will take place at the agreed time, and all equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

If delays occur due to customer actions, additional fees may apply.

6. Liability & Insurance

We hold Public Liability Insurance, but this does not cover negligence or misuse by the customer.We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of our equipment.

The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring safe and proper use of the inflatable pub during the hire period.

7. Weather Policy

If adverse weather conditions (e.g., strong winds, storms) make setup unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the hire for safety reasons.

In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Additional Services (Catering, DJ, Entertainment)

If you book additional services such as a hog roast, DJ, or karaoke, these services will be subject to separate terms.Third-party service providers may have their own cancellation and refund policies.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an agreement if:

The customer fails to comply with these Terms.There are concerns about safety, misuse, or damages.

Unforeseen circumstances prevent us from providing the service.

In such cases, a refund will be assessed based on the situation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
